The College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) is starting a new nutrition short course in Brighton. This 12 week evening course provides useful and practical knowledge for the whole family and aims to educate about healthy food choices and utilising ‘Food as Medicine’. You’ll also learn how to understand food labels and the nutritional content, how to distinguish the food industry’s marketing ploys and learn cooking tips for optimum nutrition.

An open course offered in Brighton aimed at participants who will be significantly involved in coaching or mentoring within an organisation or freelance.

The Level 5 certificate course comprises of 5 full days classroom delivery, individual profiling tools, comprehensive manual, handouts, telephone and email support. Encompassing the following units:
Understanding the skills, principles and practice of effective coaching and mentoring for management or freelancers
-Reviewing own ability as a management coach or mentor
-Undertaking coaching or mentoring in the workplace
The coursework is assessed by assignments, 12 hours of practical experience in coaching or mentoring and keeping a reflective coaching diary.
